Not every roof problem is a new roof. Most of what we see is a specific, findable failure — and fixing the right thing is cheaper than replacing the wrong thing.

How our repair process works
We schedule an inspection, get on the roof, and document the condition with photos. Then we diagnose the actual source of the problem — which is frequently not directly above where the water shows up inside.
You get a written estimate that spells out the repair and the reasoning. When you approve it, we schedule the work and do it properly. No upsells, no pressure.
Repairs are scheduled during business hours
One Stop Roofing is a family-run shop. We work Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, on scheduled appointments. That lets us give every roof a real inspection and an accurate diagnosis instead of a rushed patch.
If you have an active leak, call us and we will get you on the schedule as soon as we can — and we will tell you what to do in the meantime to limit interior damage.
When we recommend replacement instead
If we find failures across multiple slopes, brittle underlayment throughout, or a roof that has already been repeatedly patched, we will show you the photos and explain why repair dollars would be wasted. That conversation is part of the job.

How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends entirely on what failed and how much of the roof it affects. We do not quote repairs without seeing the roof, because a number given over the phone is a guess.
Do you charge for the inspection?
Our estimates are free and there is no pressure attached to them. Call us and we will get you scheduled.
Can you help with damage from a monsoon storm?
Yes. Storm and wind damage is a large share of the repair work we do. We inspect, document with photos, and give you a written estimate.
