An inspection should leave you better informed, not more confused. Ours ends with photos of your actual roof and a plain explanation of its condition.
What we look at
- Overall condition of the roof surface — tile, shingle, foam, coating, or panel
- Underlayment condition where it can be assessed
- Valleys, flashing, headwalls, sidewalls, and parapets
- Every penetration: pipe boots, vents, curbs, and equipment
- Drainage — scuppers, drains, and low or ponding areas
- Evidence of prior repairs and how they were done
- Interior signs of water intrusion where accessible
Photo documentation
Most homeowners never see their own roof. We photograph what we find so you are looking at the same evidence we are, and we walk you through it. If there is a problem, you will see it. If there is not, you will see that too.
